We have developed a series of guides to help you explore new fitness options in Chicago. We realize that first experiences can be a little intimidating, so we’ve provided all of the information you need to feel comfortable. For example, our Yoga Guide contains an explanation of basic styles, our CrossFit Guide discusses typical workouts, and so on. Each guide is supplemented with a handful of infographics as well as unbiased recommendations of local facilities.
